Matt Miller Labs ("we") is a sole proprietorship operating personal home-lab automation systems. As part of that service we deliver operational alerts and status notifications by SMS to the mobile number of the proprietor.
The SMS program is named Matt Miller Labs Alerts. Messages are strictly transactional and operational: service status changes, job completion, and failure alerts. We do not send marketing or promotional content, and we do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers with third parties for marketing purposes.
Message frequency varies with system activity, typically fewer than 10 messages per day. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
The sole recipient is the proprietor, who opted in by registering his own mobile number in his own account settings and enabling SMS alerts for systems he owns and operates. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase. No other person's number is enrolled, and messages are never sent on behalf of a third party.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or email contact@mattmillerlabs.com. Support is provided directly by the proprietor.
The service is operated for the proprietor's own infrastructure. No third-party accounts are created and no messages are sent on behalf of others.
Our handling of mobile numbers and message data is described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.
