We collect only the mobile phone number used to receive alerts, and the content and delivery metadata of messages sent to it. We do not collect information from any other individual.
The mobile number is used solely to deliver operational alerts and status notifications from the proprietor's own automation systems, and to process replies to those alerts.
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell, rent, trade or share personal information or mobile numbers with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Message content and phone numbers are processed by our telecommunications provider (Twilio) strictly to transmit messages, and are shared with no one else.
Message logs are retained only as long as needed for operational troubleshooting, then deleted.
Credentials are stored in an encrypted password vault. Access is restricted to the proprietor.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for assistance or to reach support. To request deletion of retained data, email the address below.
